Brock's first haircut

On Saturday, we took Brock to get his first "hair cut". Part of the reason that we have put this off until he was 17 months old was because 1. We LOVE those cute little curls, and 2. Because we knew that he wound not sit still once they started brushing his hair, much less once they started to cut it. We decided to go against our instincts and drive to Moberly.

Look at all of those beautiful curls! Okay, maybe not alot--but they are still beautiful!












Uh-oh! He figured out what we are doing! Ah, the sounds of a healthy pair of lungs!












Now it's daddy's turn to get his hair combed! It served as a nice distraction so Paula could get a little more trimmed off the sides!

As it turns out, all of our instincts were right and we did not get much of his hair cut. But we did get a few little curls for his baby book and of course, a few extras for his grandmas.
