After months of coaxing

and TONS of other words, our sweet baby boy said something that he has NEVER said before.  Greg and I are constantly badgering Brock & Adrianna with kisses and "I love you" and we always follow it up with some variation of, "Can you say, 'I love you'?"  Until yesterday this was always followed by a shake of the head or a "Noooooooooooooo!"  Don't misunderstand--when we asked him if he loved us, he would always nod his head 'yes', but still.  Would it hurt the kid to actually mutter those three little words that we so desperately want to hear?

Finally, yesterday Greg said, "I love you buddy" and without even missing a beat, Brock replied, "I lub you too, guys!"  Oh em gee.  My heart totally melted.

::Sigh::

This kid has impecable timing because I was ::this close:: to spanking him for getting his toys out for the umpteenth time after I had just cleaned the living room.

And that is why he is so darn cute!! His timing is great of course. Sometimes his humor leaves something to be desired especially when Sissy threw up on me and he just laughed and laughed, and we all know how I feel about puking!! Oh well, Brock and Papa Jimbo thought it was funny.
Love,
Nan and Papa

Goosebumps! Love it! Can't wait to hear it back one day, for now I settle for hugs and slobbery kisses. :)
