Today I had my 23 week OB appointment. The heartbeat was a little hard to find at first, but it came in strong at 148 bpm! And, following with my "early birth" prediction, my uterus is measuring at 24 weeks!
Now, for the bad news. At my next appointment I have to take my gestational diabetes test so I better start cutting back the sugar intake now! My next appointment is in four weeks and after that, I go every two weeks. I cannot believe that I am already at that point in my pregnancy! Time is really flying by!

That means you are so much closer to choosing a name! The guys at work told me to tell you to name her "Ivy" since it is a "green" name. Bill thought maybe not because of the movie Poisin Ivy. It doesn't really matter, I am sure G-pa is going to call her little Princess for quite some time.

Tell the guys at work that no child of mine will ever be named Ivy. But, thanks for putting the thought in my head that one day my child will be a stripper!
