Thanks to all of the rain we got this weekend (it has been raining for 5 days now. Seriously.), we have lettuce sprouting in our garden!
In case you were wondering it is Black Seeded Simpson which is a loose-leaf lettuce (rather than head lettuce like iceberg).
Our tiny lettuce leaves next to our pepper plants. Yay!

I want to start a garden so badly. I was actually just talking to Josh about it. We have gophers though so we need to make a garden area. That is awesome that you're getting lettuce now :D
